Brian joined Goodwill Construction Services in 2012 after operating his own Charlotte-based contracting company for 13 years. In his role as director, he is responsible for overseeing operations and training for construction services.
Norman serves as a site superintendent for Goodwill Construction Services having joined in the summer of 2016. He has spent the last 13 years as owner and operator of his own contracting business headquartered in Fayetteville, NC. Contracting in both commercial and residential, for the Department of Defense (DOD) and local government, Norman brings close to 30 years of carpentry experience to the team.
Jon joined Goodwill Construction Services in 2016 after moving to Charlotte from Connecticut. In his role as a site superintendent, he is responsible for coordinating on-site construction projects that provide work experience for individuals in construction skills training.
Lance joined Goodwill Construction Services in April 2017. Lance’s construction experience began while working for his father’s construction company in West Virginia and includes various roles with three national homebuilders in Texas and North Carolina, as well as positions with two different Habitat for Humanity affiliates in Georgia and North Carolina.
Dhiren joined Goodwill Construction Services as estimator in 2013, after operating his own contracting business for seven years. He is a licensed general contractor in North Carolina. Dhiren is a graduate of UNC Charlotte where he earned his B.A. in Business Administration and Central Piedmont Community College where he studied construction management.
